Sensei Rashid Nia took a new step towards the growth and technical development of Macau karate with the international organization “MISKO”.
We were informed that an international karate organization called (MISKO)Macao International Sports Karate organization has received its official activity license from Macau and will begin its executive activity in the near future. As far as we have investigated, this sports organization is the first official karate organization of its kind in East Asia. The founder of this sports organization, Master Reza Rashid Nia, is the successful head coach of the Macau national karate teams, who during his 22 years of presence in this neighboring country of China was able to transform Macau karate from its initial form into a powerful and capable karate (in proportion to area and population). In a conversation with one of the board members of this sports organization, it was stated that the first phase of the official activities of (MISKO) will be the technical development and international communication of karate in Macau and then in East Asian countries. According to the statements of the board member of MISKO, holding joint camps, international technical internships, as well as exchanges between the world’s powerful and top karate countries as a technical arm within the framework of the World Karate Federation standards will be among the major programs of this international karate organization. Also, Professor Rashid Nia, the founder of MISKO, stated in a short interview that soon, the International Karate Sports Organization (MISKO) will begin operating with extraordinary and advanced goals and programs.
